2. Description of Service
Rivalry provides an automated analytics and power-ranking service for fantasy sports leagues. We integrate with third-party platforms (like Sleeper and ESPN) to aggregate data and generate insights.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our service utilizes generative Artificial Intelligence to produce commentary and content. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may sometimes be inaccurate, inappropriate, or nonsensical (“hallucinations”).
- Rivalry is not liable for any disputes, damages, or distress caused by AI-generated commentary within your league.
- The content is provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as professional advice.
4. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to intentionally abuse, manipulate, or degrade the performance of our platform.
- User-Generated Content: Any “hot takes”, commentary, or other text you submit must not contain hate speech, harassment, defamation, explicit material, or illegal content.
- We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts immediately and without notice if these conduct rules are violated. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivalry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
6. Third-Party Integrations
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, ESPN, or any other third-party fantasy sports platform. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
